He is survived by: his children, Hans (Nancy) of Minneapolis, Elizabeth Klein (Paul Kwiecinski) of Saint Paul and Kristin Ulland (Hans) of Saint Paul; his brother John of Duluth; his grandchildren, Daniel (Anna), Lars (Alexandra), Marcus, Eric (Allison), Kyle Klein, Zoe, Anders, Mette, Osa and Espen; his great grandchild Otto; and his friend Carolyn Nordin.
