He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Chromulak (Guitar) of Isanti; his daughter Sarah Loveland of Sandstone; his father Stephen "Ron" Chromulak (Beverly) of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Tanya VanReese and Curtis Chromulak of Finlayson; his aunt Teddi Gieseke (Warren) of Cambridge; his nephews, Jacob VanReese of Cambridge, Jeff Van Reese of West Virginia and Nate Berndt of Minneapolis; his niece JoBeth VanReese of Isanti; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Haden VanReese, Gabriella Johnson and Tye VanReese. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
