He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bedor and Ella Bedor; his wife Betty; his son Paul; his son-in-law Jeff Salmey; his brothers, Joseph, Louis and Ernest; and his sisters-in-law, Bette and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Bedor Salmey, Jane Ketter (Mike), Alan Bedor (Michele) and Beth Filek (Randy); his daughter-in-law Ha Bedor; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Bedor. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to American Red Cross. or donate blood in his honor.
