He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Kootstra; his brother Robert Nellis; and his stepfather Peter Kootstra. He is survived by: his wife Pam Reinhart; his children, Kelly Schwan (Jacob) and Daniel Nellis (Sarah Khoury); his brother Garold (Kay); his sister-in-law Sandy Nellis; and his stepbrothers, William Kootstra (Anna) and Bert Kootstra (Trish). He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
