She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Strand and Dagne Strand (Larson). She is survived by: her brother William Calvin Strand (Antonia Hill). She is also survived by cousins and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Lutheran Church (5025 Knox Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55419). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakewood Cemetery (3600 Hennepin Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408).
She also volunteered at the University of Minnesota Medical Foundation and Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.
