He was predeceased by: his parents, Bette Comstock and Eldon Comstock; his brothers, Gary and Matt; and his brother-in-law Craig Backer.

He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Berger (Wayne), Phil Comstock (Linda), Julie Backer and Willie Comstock (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Debbie Comstock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
