He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha and Aaron; and his siblings, Samuel and Norma Karpeles. He is survived by: his wife Barbara D. Bearmon; his daughters, Amy Bearmon (Olivier BenHaim), Paula Sieger (Michael) and Sara Mostofsky; and his grandchildren, Amalya, Lior Benhaim, Jacob Sieger (Amanda), Benjamin, Jennifer Sieger, Gillian, Harrison and Justin Mostofsky.
