He was predeceased by: his brothers, Albert and Charlie Crosby; and his parents, Albert Hastings Crosby and Esther Vinton Crosby. He is survived by: his sisters, Anne and Esther; his wife Laura A Crosby; his children, John Crosby Jr. Laura H. (Polly Hunter), Slater W Crosby (Lise Stahl-Crosby) and S. Brooks Crosby (Jen Crosby); and his grandchildren, Lucy Crosby, Mckenzie, Joshua, Julia Enebo, Emma, Sophie, Mia Crosby, Casten and Ellori Crosby.
