He is survived by: his wife Cicely Dick; his parents, Dick Abel and Sue Abel; his siblings, Diane Dormanen (John) and Brian Abel; his nieces, Melissa Sheveland (Eric), Jane Rembowicz (Joe), Anne Brink (Josh), Laura, Grace and Rose Dormanen; and his great-nephews, Jonathan and Harrison Sheveland.
