It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Forby (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Daniel; her parents, Stanley Mirocha and Genevieve Mirocha; her children, Dan Forby Jr. (Cindee), Cheri Peterson (Mark), Jay Forby (Tawney), Mary Forby (Scott) and Tim Forby (Tammy); her grandchildren, Kelly Peterson Gilb (Andy), Matthew Ackerson (Tessa), Christopher Forby, Stephanie Forby, Thomas Forby and Andrew Forby; her great grandchild Lincoln; and her sisters, Diane Snyder (Tom), Jan Hungerford (Phil) and Elaine LaSota (Denny). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins, along with a world of friends.
