It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur I Lavintman of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Lavintman and Isadore Lavintman; his sisters, Marion Resnick and Pearl Cook; and his stepdaughter Dana Kleinsteuber.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Joel Lavintman (Missy), Jill Zatz (Peter) and Jane Rosenzweig (Randy); his grandchildren, Norman Lavintman, Donielle Lavintman (David Frankel), Jessie Lavintman (Daniel Levy), Briana Lavintman, Shira Lavintman, Shailee Zatz and Marlee Rosenzweig; his great grandchildren, Leo Frankel, Sydney Lavintman, Eden Frankel and Matan Levy; and his stepchildren, Mark Lange (Tami), Gary Lange and Chaz Kleinsteuber. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Masks and proof of vaccine or negative COVID-19 test are required to attend the funeral or shiva in person.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Sarah and Isadore Lavintman Fund at Beth El Synagogue, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
