He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kwiatkoski and Marie Kwiatkoski; his daughter-in-law Pam Kay; his sisters, Odilia Pierce and Pauline Pesek; and his brother-in-law James Pesek.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Kay; his children, Marilyn Hurst (Tery), Jerry Kay (Doreen), Cathy Holl (Steve), John Kay (Joanne) and Janet Kay (Steve Bosch); his grandchildren, Andrew Kay (Anne Nichols), Michael Holl (Lauren), Daniel Holl (Megan), Alex Kay (Ashley Schauer), Amy Kay, Amber Kay-Bastian (Corrie), Katie Kay and Kaitlin Longfellow (Scott Grivell); and his great grandchildren, Marin Kay, Amariana Williams, Kariyana Williams, Bianca Williams, Jontayha Reavers, Roma Kay-Bastian, Rita Kay-Bastian, Piper Grivell, Goldie Grivell and Kellan Holl.
