He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Kavitz and Donna Kavitz; his sons, Brent and Dustin; his wife Jeannie; his children, Leanne Kavitz of Elysian, MN, Jess Kavitz of Buffalo, WY and Anna Kavitz of Medford, MN.; his grandchildren, Dylan, Beckett and Sutton; his siblings, Paul Kavitz of Medford, Dolly Jones of Medford, Todd of Medford, Camille Kavitz of Medford and Robin Kavitz; his nephew Chad Jones; and his parents-in-law, Wanda Washburn and James Rossel. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Mayo Clinic Cancer Renal Cell Research Program of which Dale was a participant.
