He was predeceased by: his parents, Trena Menking (Buhr) and Carl Menking; his wife Corrine (Knudson); his grandson Blake; and his brother Francis Menking.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Menking of Puerto Penasco, Mexico, Tamara Beckius (Steven) of Eagan, MN and Tonya Larsen (Randall) of Austin, TX; his sister-in-law Gerry Quast (Ronald) of Cheyenne, WY; his grandchildren, Mitchell Haug (Becky), Lucas Haug (Allie), Kameron Geiger and Karley Townsend (Ryan); and his great grandchild Brooklyn Menking.
