She was predeceased by: her parents, John Preston and Minnie Preston (Mattson); her husband Raymond Hurd; her son John; and her brother William Preston.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Berg (Leonard) of Maple Plain, MN, Jere Hurd (Marilyn) of Hibbing, MN and Roger Hurd (JoAnn) of Carlton, MN; her grandchildren, Rachel Malec, Rebecca Berg, Sarah Wentz, Leah Burak, Jeremy, David, Steven, Kara Hurd, Jeanne Walker, Rachel Novacinski, Clinton, Lyle, Lynae and Preston Hurd; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Lauren Malec, Riley, Alex Gillespie, Kaitlyn, William Burak, Simon Hurd, Autumn Hurd, Charley Goines, Lola Bergan, Jameson Walker, Ruger, David Loons, Everett Hurd and Blake Hurd; and her great great grandchild Kingsley Hurd.

Due to Covid, a memorial will not be held at this time.
