She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Connell and Delores Connell (Ormseth); her brothers, Jerry Connell and John Connell; her sisters-in-law, Karen Connell and LaDonna Connell; her mother-in-law Marian Vance; and her daughter Paula Dickman.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Vance of Luverne; her daughters, Shelly Vance of Hardwick, Vickie Fikse (Greg) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Billie, Allie, Smokey, Mischief and Linda Dickman of Hardwick; and her siblings, Tom Connell of Freemont, Richard Connell of Champlin, Dennis Connell of Phoenix, Mark Connell (Mary) of Maple Grove and Patricia Bents (Donald) of Worthington, Minnesota. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
