He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Slagle and Madge Slagle; his siblings, Lois "Tilly" Roller, Ronald, Roy "Bud", Larry "Bing" and Richard "Dick" Slagle; and his nephews, Casey and Shane Slagle.
He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Kim Schultz (Brian Rutten) of Walker, MN and Cory Slagle (Desiree) of Stillwater, MN; his brothers, Donald "Faley" Slagle (Gracie) of Longville, MN and Darrell "Dean" Slagle (Billie Ann) of Longville, MN; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Jonathan Schultz, Allison and Ben Slagle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
