She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward F. Smith and Ellen Agnes Smith (Nell); her son-in-law Jeff Johnson; and her daughter Colleen Shaughnessy. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Shaughnessy Johnson, Shannon Shaughnessy (Dave Kosel), Michael E. and Kelly (Lona); her son-in-law Dennis Turney; and her grandchildren, Riley, Jesse, Joana (Shawn), Megan (Kurt), Dan (Wendy), Colin (Elisha), Kerri (Ryan), Erin (Patrick) and Michael P.. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
