He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Irene Berry (Bennewitz), Lloyd Berry, Mary Miller (Braun) and Hubert Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Miller (Berry) and Galen Miller; and his brothers, Nathan (Stephanie) and Ryan (Amanda).
