He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Gloria Russell (Alexander). He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie Beck (Tribby) of Littlefork, Minnesota; his daughter Magan Neal of Winsor, Illinois; his grandchildren, Annaliese Cowger of Winsor, Illinois and Bryar Cowger of Winsor, Illinois; his godfather Dale Edwards of Paris, Illinois; and his pets, Jack and Sammi.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gift of Life Transplant House in Rochester, Minnesota.
