He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McKenzie and Lucy McKenzie; his siblings, Francis McKenzie (Fats) and Mary Pfannes; and his grandson Aaron Lamson.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne McKenzie; his children, Cindy Vangsness (Gary), Mary Bailey (David), LuAnn Peterson (Mike), David Mckenzie and Lance McKenzie (Terri); his adoptive son Curtis Johnson; and his siblings, Clarence McKenzie, Leo McKenzie and Patricia Parmer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
