He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Isabel Lelwica (Herek); and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Smith (Gene) and Dr. Ted Lelwica (Marge); his children, Christine Schulte (Robert), Lucy Kittredge (Tom), Dr. Mary Lelwica (Tom Hebeisen), Julia Lelwica Arcuri, Andrew Lelwica and Dr. Michael Lelwica (Laura Luchsinger); his grandchildren, Nicolas, Ariel, Brian, Simon, Sarah, Althea, Shane and Greta; and his great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Colin and Jaxon.
