He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Johnson and Myrtle A. Johnson; his wife Verona; his daughter Cheryl Foley; his sisters, Gertrude Lindo (Melvin) and Bernette Wikelius (Irvin); and his great grandchild Emma Foley.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Verle) of North Branch and Gary Johnson (Rosanne) of Stark; his sister Harriet Ryberg of Lindstrom; his son-in-law David Foley of North Branch; and his sister-in-law Beverly Brand of Minnetonka. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
