With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Appleby (Lindstrom, Minnesota), who passed away on August 29, 2019 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Appleby, Carl and Phyllis Burwitz; and his son Derek. He is survived by: his wife Erin; his son Daniel; his parents, David Appleby and Debbie Appleby; his siblings, Ben Appleby (Autumn) of Center City, Laurie Appleby-Williams (Heath) of Lexington, KY and Annie Appleby of Chisago City; and his nephews, Jeff and Greg. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces.
