He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Funkhouser (Maynard); his mother-in-law Shelia Proulx; and his niece Hailee LaMeyer. He is survived by: his father James Funkhouser; his wife Leah Proulx; his children, Zach (Payton Dvorak) and Bailey; his siblings, Mike, David (Jennifer), Janet Cornelius, Mary (Fred Sciarratta), Karen and Linda Nys; his father-in-law Lee Proulx; and his sisters-in-law, Heather Abrahamson (Mike) and Heidi LaMeyer (Chad). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
