He is survived by: his wife Betty Wallin; his children, David, Daniel, Thomas (Jaime) and Holly; his brother Dean (Pat); his grandchildren, Sara (Eddie), Hana (Joey), Justin and April; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Azaleah and Sadie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
