We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2023, at the age of 88, Norman L. Sieling of Lake Crystal, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Sieling and Wilhelmina "Minnie" E. Sieling (Janke); his wife Linnea; his siblings, Lloyd, Arlin (Elaine), Floyd and Norleen Schmidt (Herb); his brother-in-law Alois Walz; his nephew David Schmidt; his great-nephew Davin Bauck; and also Deb Sieling (Robert).
He is survived by: his child Laurie; his grandchild Laurie Jacobs (Tony) of Lake Crystal; his sons, Erik (Ally), Brian, Mark Jacobs and Jay Sieling (Debbie Dittberner) of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Emma Erickson (Colin), William and Juliana Sieling (Britta Rinke); his children, Jeff Sieling (Katie Barker) of Woodbury, Alex (Heather), Ellyn Barker, Aaron, Elliott Sieling and Scott Sieling (Deb) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Cassie and Ellie Sieling; his daughter Jodi Nilsen (Matt) of Edina; his grandchildren, Macy and Hayley Nilsen; his great grandchildren, Finn, Archer Erickson and Jordan Barker; his sister Caroline Walz of Eveleth; and his sister-in-law Loretta Sieling of Perham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, colleagues and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to MN FFA Foundation, Zion Lutheran Building Fund, or Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center.
