He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly and Alice Kelly (Nelson); and his siblings, Richard Kelly, Junice Baker (Merle) and Kathryn Thorson (Warren).
He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Kelly; his children, Judy Feder (Bill), Roger Kelly (Brenda), Wayne Kelly (Bonnie), Barb Baumler (Bob), David Kelly, Nancy Hefko (David) and Steve Kelly; his brothers, Ellsworth and Bob Kelly (Jackie); and his sister-in-law Vicki Kelly. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral will be for immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
