He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Plank; his wife Barb; his children, Tammy Moyer (Jeff) and John O'Flaherty (Christy); his grandchildren, Nick Moyer (Elizabeth), Austin O'Flaherty (Claudia Sviderski), Evan O'Flaherty and Caitlin Moyer; his great grandchildren, Johnathan and Theo Moyer; his father-in-law Raymond Plank; his brother Frank O'Flaherty (Karen); and his brother-in-law Butch Plank. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
