He is survived by: his wife Mary Bartels; his children, Travis of Lake City, Jana Brand (Jeff) of Lake City and Holly Burow (Jeff) of Kenyon; his grandchildren, Casey Wesbur, Thomas, Simon, Greta Brand, Jacob Ronningen, Nicole Guerton (Dusty) and Amanda Burow; and his great grandchildren, Chloe and A. J. Guerton.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Trinity Lutheran church, VFW Post 1802 or donor's choice.
