She is survived by: her children, Josh Hensley of Lake City, James Hensley of Red Wing and Cheryl Clemons (Andy) of Falmouth, KY; her grandchildren, Brayden Hensley, Leland Hensley, Natalie Salazar-Hensley, Valeire Salazar-Hensley, Austin Clemons, Danica Clemons and Dylan Clemons; and her siblings, Barbara Mann of Lake City, Terry Helton of Racine, MN, Mary Reyes of Stewartville, MN, Andy Hardy (Tracy) of Reads Landing, MN and Myron Hardy (Jessica) of Lake City.
