He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Webber and Lois Webber (Hoiseth). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Plate of La Crescent; his children, Mary Webber of La Crescent and Kris Webber (Jessica) of Sun Prairie, WI; his sister Ann Webber Newell (Matt) of Byron, MN; his nieces, Valeri Bilderback (Jesse), Hallie and Delanie Newell; and his nephew Lance Niemi.
