He was predeceased by: his father Henry Kazmierczak; and his grandparents, Frank, Frances Lubarski, John and Leokadia Kazmierczak.
He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Kazmierczak (Lubarski) of Stephen, MN; his children, Hunter Kazmierczak, Mitchel Lindgren of Karlstad, MN and Morgan Lindgren; his sisters, Patricia Przybylski (Terry) of Stephen, MN, Susan Converse (Allen) of Halma, MN and Francine Liedberg (Nathan); and his nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Jeremy, Bobbie Jo, Hailey, Nolan, Madison, Wyatt, Payton and Avery. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
