She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Bast and Rose Bast (Monk); her husband Fred Buckentin; and her children, Mark of Mankato, Paul Buckentin (Diane Vulelich) of Duluth, Minnesota, Jane Folkers (Reggie) of Worthington and Sara Petersen (Dan Cowan) of Worthington, Minnesota. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
