He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tupper and Karen Tupper (Pullar); his grandparents, Ervin, Dorothy Pullar, Daniel Tupper and Anita Dennis; his parents-in-law, Evelyn and Emery Olafson; his brother Scott Tupper; and his pet Sadie Mae.
He is survived by: his children, Adam Tupper of Bemidji and Kalyn Emma Tupper (Steven Waskul) of International Falls; his granddaughter Evelyn Jade Waskul; his former wife Joy McReynolds (Olafson); and his brothers, Daniel Tupper, Teddy Tupper (Rosita) of International Falls, Mike Tupper (Ann) of Devlin, Ontario and Rob Tupper (Kim) of International Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
