He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Urban and Ida Urban. He is survived by: his wife Janet Urban of Hutchinson, MN; his children, Lisa Yee (Brice) of Tulsa, OK and Robert Urban (Julie) of Racine, WI; his grandchildren, Bryan Urban, Nicholas Urban, Brittany Urban and Leah Netzel; and his child Many. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
