He is survived by: his children, Michael Schultz (Patty) of Forest Lake, MN, Steven Schultz (Michelle) of Santa Maria, CA and Susan Kruse (Randy) of Buffalo Lake, MN; his grandchildren, Stacy Schultz, Scott Schultz, Nicole Kruse-Dye (Kyle) and Heather VanderVoort (Josh); his stepgrandson Andrew Adams; his great grandchildren, Colton, Rayna VanderVoort, Evangeline "Evee" and Ruby Dye; his stepgreat-grandsons, Jake Adams and Anthony Adams (Crystal Taylor); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Survis of Jacksonville, FL and Sharon Survis (Many) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
