He is survived by: his daughters, Sally Laurila (Steve), Paula Johnson (Larry) and Courtney Haskins (Will); his granddaughters, Kelly, Macy, Sydney, Emma and McKinley; his nieces and nephews, Janet, Jody, Julie, Jeffrey and Jimmy; and his wife Carole Meyers.
