We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2018, at the age of 81, Darlene Emily Birt (Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Stan Fleischer. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Dan Darbo of Hoyt Lakes, Doug Darbo (Patti) of Winona, Diane Sandvig and Dean Darbo (Eileen); her stepchildren, Michael Birt (Robin) of Waunakee, WI, Krista Wight (Mark) of Minneapolis and Fourteen; her grandchildren, Dana Kaufman (Joe), Audra Frey, Eric Darbo, Jenna Darbo, John Darbo (Meghan), Erik Darbo (Allison), Debra, Christina, David Sandvig, Olivia Birt, Ava Birt, Katie, Regan and Scarlet Wight; and her sisters, Marie Schaeffer of LaCrosse, WI and Joyce Cowman (Bill) of Park Rapids, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
