He is survived by: his wife Karen Ergen; his daughters, Crystal Collier (Gulso), Heidi Gulso, Rebecca Mosher, Laura Menk (Mosher) and Christina Mosher; and his grandchildren, Alexis Collier, Hannah Collier, Malayna Johnson, Kylie Dahlin, Braxton Gulso, Fisher Laplant, Kinzlie Laplant, Courtney Anderson (Smith), Bradley Smith, Katelyn Wren, Hunter Wren, Ashley Menk, Cieara Menk, Karissa Menk and Logan Reyes. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
