He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Hegerman and Lilly Hegerman; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Robert Jr. (Lori), Bekky (Mike) and Todd (Melanie); his grandchildren, Nick, Jake, Brianna and Andy; his brothers, Gene and Bill; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
