He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hans Odegaard and Alma Odegaard (Tufto); his wife Avis Nygaard; his children, Larry Odegaard (Marlene) of Park Rapids, MN, Chuck Odegaard (Sharon) and Ann Joppru (Rocky); his son-in-law Paul Smeby (Marie); his grandchild Shawn Qualley (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Zoe, Sam, Jason, Kia, Cali, Brianna, Nathan and Liza; his great great grandchildren, Marlene, Andrea, Hope, Toni, Manuel and Jazmyne; his sister Geraldine Wick of Cambridge; his daughter Patti; his granddaughter Lacy Ann Joppru; his stepgrandson Chad Qualley; his brother Dave Odegaard (Billie June); and his brother-in-law Don Wick.
