He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Koepke and Clarice Koepke (Wilson); his parents-in-law, Frank and Clara Syring; and his siblings-in-law, Harriet Schroepfer (Don), Darrel Syring and Harold Syring.
He is survived by: his wife Dee Koepke of Granite Falls; his sons, Jeff Koepke (Becky) of Granite Falls, Jim Koepke (Faye) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jerry Koepke (Sheila) of Granite Falls and Joe Koepke (Kim) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Kathy Gregoire (Jacob), Tyler Koepke, Jake Koepke (Shelby), Alex Koepke (Courtney Anderson), Zach Koepke, Adam Koepke (Dani), Jada Koepke (Brandon Ludewig) and Braden Koepke (Madi Seifert); his great grandchildren, Derek, Jake and Raelynn; his sister Carol Downey (Jerry) of Huddleston, VA; his sister-in-law Nancy Syring; and his friend Kelly Winters. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
