He is survived by: his wife Pamela Augustin; his sons, Kristopher (Wendy) and Korbin; his adoptive daughter Kacinda; his daughter Kacinda; his grandchildren, Emilee Gustin, Hailey Formo, Isabel Gustin, Olivia Gustin and Zane Gustin; and his siblings, Kenneth Gustin and Kay Exner. He is also survived by niece and nephew, and several cousins.
