He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Karlstad and Grace Karlstad (Wickham); his wife Jolene "Joy" Pedersen of Fergus Falls; his close friend Ebony (Boston Terrier); his sisters, Becky Dawson (Jeff) of Dalton and Tonya Karlstad of Fergus Falls; his nephew Daniel Dawson (Kristen); his great-niece Brooklyn; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Pedersen, Al Pedersen and Rick Pedersen; and his close friend Craig Goese.
