He is survived by: his wife Hope Lindquist; his sons, Mark (Robin), Wayne (Jenny) and Scott (Sarah); his grandchildren, Tess, Kai, Lars, Thor and Alexandra; and his brother Gerald Johnson (Joann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
