It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Renee Lavan (Farmington, Minnesota), who passed away on March 12, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Thompson and Bernice Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Russell; her children, Heather Towerman (Dale) and Derek LaVan (Molly); her stepchildren, Mary Curtis (Dave), Cindy LaVan (Brad Maleah) and Steve LaVan (Jasmin); her granddaughters, Rachel, Paityn and Brynn LaVan; her stepgrandsons, Jason, Justin, Blake, Brett, Brady, Brennan and Benton LaVan; and her siblings, Patsy Wiegman (Richard), Rita Tufe (Denis) and Todd Thompson.
