We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2022, at the age of 87, Twila O'Keefe of Elk River, Minnesota, born in Mankato, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lebak and Florence Lebak (Kegley); her husbands, Charles Jaworski and Joseph O'Keefe; and her siblings, Joan, Michael and David.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth, Joseph (Maria), Debi (Sean) and Tim (Becky); and her brothers, Peter and Timothy. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Elk River Police Department or Church of St. Andrew.
