He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lindquist and Elvira Lindquist; and his brothers, Gary and Bruce. He is survived by: his grandchild Sir; his wife Donna Lindquist; his daughter Anne Lindquist (Jesse Ball); his grandchildren, Jesse, Lila and Ava; his stepmother Gloria Lindquist; and his sister Sandra Lind. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
