Matthew J. Gardner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew J. Gardner of Elk River, Minnesota, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Gardner and Sharon Gardner (Koehne); his brother Jonathan; his grandparents, George, Mary Gardner, Carroll and Vi Koehne; his great-niece Lucy Jane Ternes; and his siblings, Niki Eisenbraun of Blaine, Jeff Gardner (Joy), Becky Braun (Jerry) of Zimmerman, Susan Nelson (Scott) of Pease, Joseph Gardner (Jill) of Ham Lake and Chris Gardner (Mary) of Monticello. He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews; friends; and extended family.
He had many jobs in the community and most recently worked for many years at Options, Inc. in Big Lake until COVID-19 hastened his "retirement.".
